I imagine that he ‘accidently’ adopts kids who’ve either run away or been kicked out of their homes and essentially gives them a place to stay and a structured life until they figure out what they want to do with their life. He’s probably got at least three or four of these kids in his home all the time because he’s a bleeding heart and wants to help as many of them as he can. -- source link
