But it’s difficult to defend against the same color. This was described in LSW and demonstrated by Minato twins several times. From their results, “difficult” seems to be an understatement. With the same color, basically the weapon cuts clean through, as if the shield doesn’t exist at all. Hence once the twins took the initiative, they slaughtered Munakata’s clansmen without breaking a sweat.Now, if Fushimi lit a throwing knife with Red Aura instead of green, cutting clean though Kusanagi’s fire whip… With a surprise attack, I say he can earn a good amount of J-points before they realize their aura can’t defend against him.Too bad they seemed to be unaware that Fushimi only used 1 color which either of them can deflect without a problem. ;) -- source link
