fangirltothefullest:tulpa777:nutsacktorturer:debkorvelus:I feel sorry for the old man, but it was stealing. There is no apparently about it. Water is not free, it’s not a right to have it, and people pay must pay for it. If a government gives a thing to you like utilities, its still not free because they take it from somewhere else, like in taxes. my friend visiting my house: hey i’m thirsty can i get a glass of water me: Also what part of “I let my neighbor use water out of my hose” means they’re stealing? You’re actively letting them take your water- water you yourself are being billed for. Nobody is stealing if you’re already paying a water bill, it means your water bill will be a little higher. hHOW would that be illegal other than a fake incentive to force people to not help each other? That’s not Stealing if the water bill is being paid by the one offering the use of their hose! I don’t understand how anyone can be so cruel as to be like hey this person can’t afford a water bill so it gets shut off and their neighbor who is willing to pay for a higher water bill says go ahead and take mine so you don’t have to bother with the hassle of getting it turned back on. And worse, there are people so fucking stupid who think that’s stealing, who bought the koolaid and drank it. -- source link
