Today is world suicide prevention day. I initially had no idea till I read a random post about it on Insta, and then my Friend Yasmine @perks-of-being-a-giraff send me pictures of a walk they’ve over there in Lebanon. It’s so cute & honestly it’s so amazing and supportive. It’s this walk cause “walk into dawn” against suicide and she took these pictures herself at 4am, her parents went with her so that’s honestly so amazing. I don’t usually post anything like this, okay to be honest, I haven’t, not even once on this blog and I get that I haven’t been on and posting & that’s cause so much have happened and I wind up writing my diary on my food diary; which is probably why you don’t hear any update from me because since the start of this blog, I’ve gotten into the habit of writing a diary every single day. But anyway, here I am today, and I just want to say that I’m so Glad and proud of you guys that are still here, alive and breathing, reading this very post of mine. I’m so SO SO SO Glad that you’re still here with me today. Yes, life isn’t easy while battling mental disorders and I’m not here to tell you otherwise. All I can tell you is, day by day, bit by bit, we will go through this together, you and me and eventually days and months will pass and it will all be okay. Hang there a little harder and a little while more when you’re down and suicidal, we are all here and I promise those feelings will pass. Please don’t do anything that’ll make us say goodbye to you for good cause oh darling you’re so loved I swear even if you can’t or don’t feel it, and it makes my heart ache knowing that you might be gone. I hope all of you are okay, and I love you guys as always, I honestly do. And bless y'all xx -- source link
