Weekend Cake in “NightOwlMode” again. . …oven baked run out of Pecan/Dark chocolate pie on oat base with agave syrup and silk tofu.- gluten and refined sugar free. - base; ground oats, walnuts, in food processor then add agave syrup, 2 tbspn coconut oil and mix well.. - top; 1box silk tofu ~350gr, ¼ can of coconut milk, cinnamon, ground cardamom, 2tbsn coconut oil, 1 dark chocolate bar /melted/, 2tbspn of agave syrup [ i like bitter chocolate taste so i don’t use too much sweetener. ] 2 tbspn arrowroot powder..mix well in food processor then pour over the oat base in the cake tin, decorate with nuts..pecan,walnuts… then bake for ~ 40-45 min [180C] leave it to cool..! -- source link
