lavenderlolitababy: Thank you so much Yeha ;-; <3 creepyyeha.storenvy.com I’d appreciate it if you kept all the text since it is a giant thank you letter to someone very special, but at the very least keep this text above. ——————————————————————————————————— Once again, I am in complete awe of Yeha of Creepyyeha. My birthday is March 6th and my family, knowing how much of a fan I am of Yeha’s designs, gave me some birthday money super early in the hopes I could possibly order something and receive it around or near my birthday. My family encouraged me to order but I told everyone that she was super busy after coming back from a family vacation, and very understandably might not get to working on my order until after my birthday. I contacted Yeha regarding sizing and as usual she got back to me the same day, and was ever so sweet! I mentioned that it was for my birthday but that I tried to order early to get it around then. She told me she’d try her best to get it done quickly and mail it priority so that I would for sure get it by then. A couple of weeks later I saw her tumblr post expressing that she felt overwhelmed from trying to get everyone’s orders out as fast as she could. I felt terribly guilty about adding to her never ending list of orders, and I contacted her urging her to please take her time with my order and that if she needed rest or time for herself she should definitely put my order on the back burner. This is because I like to think of myself as a loyal customer and supporter of her work as a designer and artist. Everything I have received from her exudes her passion and dedication to craftsmanship, something you cannot get from machine and assembly line made items. And so if I want to continue to see such amazing work from this artist, I need to be patient and understanding that she is one person, someone who will never half ass anything she sends out, and an artist that needs time for herself to rest and recharge her creative juices. She responded quickly to my email, telling me that everything was fine and that she’ll still get it to me before my birthday. Next thing I know I get a email saying that it has shipped, and two days later I had my order. I ordered the Angela Harness in white, which fits me perfectly, and received an insanely adorable black cuff as a gift. I could cry. This woman has such a big heart, doing whatever she could to ensure that my birthday is special. She does not owe me this kindness. People assume that just because they buy something from someone, they owe you not just the product but immediate personal service, even if that means blood/sweat/tears, and that is not true. All she has to do is churn out the items eventually, in whatever time frame she gives you, she could even say it will take her months to finish commissioned work. But no, she tries to get it done in less than a month. I just hope everyone who orders from her knows that there is a kind and loving person behind the shop, and that she is doing more than her best. Give her the time she needs and you’ll get something you’ll love. You shouldn’t rush stellar craftsmanship, nor overwork an artist if you want to continue seeing great things from them. I can’t thank you enough Yeha, I love you amazing lady ;-; <3 -- source link
