16/21 The Tower - Did you ever feel like giving up on this project?Absolutely. There were points when I wasn’t happy with my work, I was comparing myself to others too much, and I was going through difficult problems in my personal life. Sometimes those difficulties helped fuel and inform the cards, but occasionally I had to take necessary breaks from work on the deck. The reality of doing a large project is that life isn’t going to lay off and let you concentrate for the years that you need to work. There are probably times that you’ll need a break, you’ll have to prioritize other things, you’ll need to take care of yourself, and you’ll need to refuel your creativity.
