So I’ve had this irrational fear of dark water for a long time, but I’ve still swam with a whale shark, swam with venomous black banded sea snakes, done over 80 hours of diving, countless hours snorkelling in tropical waters, dived off boats into the Mediterranean, dived off cliffs into ancient lakes of Guatemala and even dived in pitch black to see the octopuses of the Caribbean.
