9️⃣0️⃣ day 1 & 2 ~ I have been nottt heeere forrr ittt this week. Last session of the week especially was a pure sled drag of a session & that’s odd for an upper body session for me. Glad dissociating & executing anyway is an easily accessible gear for me due to LIVING in that gear daily for years straight in the past.. next week is the last of the meso before we evaluate the need for a deload so maybe this is my major indication for that need? Seems to historically be happening a few weeks in. Anyway my weight has been really steady for some time now. Everything has been as consistent & spotless as it’s ever been for a long time now which is saying a lot for me - the LEAST spotless points in my life were still multiple levels higher than almost anyone. That’s one of the things that make me the most insidiously hungry & driven to see what I will do in the future - I’ve seen others become otherworldly with less precision than I display.
