agrowingneed: ginzingtonii: agrowingneed: “allowing him to wear his turban is the same as allowing Christians to turn away homosexuals from their services.” - @ginzingtonii To get this straight, according to you, allowing him to wear a turban is the same as a group segregating a whole sexual orientation? If it’s just about safety these two subjects aren’t related in the least bit. Now don’t get all high and mighty on me and explain later that I don’t understand your deeper meaning cuz I’m so “retarded” because your words are very clear despite you sounding like a crazy ignorant fuck. If you wouldn’t mind rereading my last post, I’d love to see where I admitted anything? You know, if you’re going to add little immature fabrications like that, no one will take you seriously. according to these pictures it really seems like they’re concerned with secure headgear. Oh shit what if it falls off and they have to bend over to pick it up?? WHAT WILL THEY DO. If I’m not mistaken most turbans are tightly wrapped around long hair, unless someone yanked it off his head I don’t see it being a safety issue. you must see the human race as fragile little flowers. But again, there is no difference in physicality between a turban and a headband. If one can fall off then so can the other. You should start a petition or dare I say sue to get headbands off the court I’m worried someone could die! @agrowingneed …. those are players from a different organizations with different rules… how little do you know about basketball in the US? Secondly I have no problem with people wearing hats and turbans or shit in a game of basketball. I have a problem with a non governmental body having it’s rules forcibly changed due to the will of some religious bullshit. Finally yes, they are the same because they are following their religion and not hurting anyone else. Once again you’ve managed to trip over yourself making ignorant strawmen of what you think I think. Also … reread my last post, I never said you admitted to anything… unless you’re talking about when I said your accusations were baseless? I have not tripped up once, not a single time. I’m saying the rules are so fucking stupid it’s crazy and demonstrating the point of if it can clearly be acceptable to wear headgear there then it shouldn’t be a problem anywhere else. Here are these fun pics right here, my favorite is how conveniently that NCAA patch is so close to their headgear…
If you don’t think Christianity hurts others by segregating homosexuals then you are too far detached and haven’t done nearly as much research on that as you should. Homosexuals are thrown out of their homes, families, murdered out of Christian belief, bullied, beaten, sent to conversion camps to pray the gay away, told that their way of life is an abomination, forced to act straight out of fear of burning in hell, I could go on for hours. I can back every single one of these statements up with multiple cases. Think before you speak or bring another topic into the mix because yes, undoubtably and unequivocally the Christian religion has over all done horrible things to hurt the homosexual community.
You said “man not even half way through the first paragraph and you admit to being retarded.” Do you even know what you say or do you just type and hope for the best?
Lastly, here is the kicker. If, by your logic, “they are the same because they are following their religion and not hurting anyone else.” Which you’re only half wrong now, then I’m glad you agree with me about him being able to wear his turban finally, if he’s not hurting anyone then it’s okay! I’m really glad we came to this conclusion, even if you don’t know what you said. I’m so proud of you. I’ll sum it up for you though, if it doesn’t effect you, which it doesn’t in any way, it’s none of your god damn business to stop someone from advocating a more accepting world. @agrowingneed wow you’re special. I’ve never endorsed nor said it was okay for christians to discriminate against homosexuals. Just pointing out that it’s the same thing. LOL this is awesome dude, all of those guys with their headbands are AFTER darsh’s lawsuit. Not only that but did you really just pull that regressive shit of “They have NCAA high on their chest! it’s practically a piece of headwear!”? You can keep replying back if you want. watching you tumble head over heels in the dirt as you cry out “I haven’t tripped once!” is hilarious. Also the retardation has become evident through the conversations we’ve been having. … or I may be mistaking extreme regressiveness as retardation. Which is very possible. -- source link
