HUNTER AU My thoughts on hiccstrid could keep us here for hours, so I’ll make this as short as I can. I think even if Hiccup had killed the NF, and his entire life and relationships were different, he would’ve ended up with Astrid anyway. But I feel like it would’ve taken a little longer tho-? Since Hiccup chooses to live like a hunter, I kinda imagine them competing to be the best when they’re training, or even if Berk’s being attacked- it’s always good opportunity to show who’s the ultimate dragon killer. They would eventually get used to each other and surprisingly enjoy the company. I also find the idea of the dragons trying to kidnap Astrid from time to time quite funny. No matter the universe, she can’t escape the hanging-from-a-lizard experience☠️. -- source link
