He knew what kind of guys the man liked. He’d been watching him for over a year and he’d been really keen on figuring out his neighbors type. Once he had that the rest was, well not easy, going from never working out to three or four days a week was a big change, so was setting goals for himself at work and pushing himself. The man didn’t own any slackers, his men were driven. But now a year later he felt like a different man.
