There are mornings where the only thing that can wake me up is a strong cup of matcha - today was one of those days! I’m currently reading @ameliafreer’s book #eatnourishglow (or simply “Glow” as it’s titled in German) and it is a super interesting read - I’m about 40 pages in and already love what I’m reading!
