The unrealistically attractive ones disappear into the woods to have alone time and get slashed; the geeky guy will get slashed, but only after figuring out something important to further the plot. The one who makes it in the end is the girl who is supposed to be mousy but is still conventionally attractive, because she happens to be the only character with any semblance of common sense.Shouto isn’t here for the movie, though — he’s here for Izuku. They’d been dating for a few weeks at this point, but classes in their third year have been significantly more…more. It’s been hard to find time to spend together that isn’t studying time or meal time, even though they live in the same dorms. It’s been an ever-increasing itch under his skin — the need to touch him, that is. The need to be close. To see his smile, to count his freckles, to memorize how many shades of green make the stunning color of his eyes.So yeah, Shouto has never enjoyed these kinds of movies, but Izuku is settled in next to him, his body solid and heavy against him in a good way, pressed up into Shouto’s warm side like Shouto is his own personal furnace. Which is… good. Great, even.It’s… more than great, he thinks as Izuku snuggles in deeper into his side. Shouto lifts his arm and wraps it around his shoulders, heating him from both sides. The effect is immediate — Izuku sighs, long and low, and all of the tension in his body releases like cut strings. It’s not like he’s got much body fat left, and sometimes the cold is hard on his old injuries; the world around them is just starting to settle into the grey of winter. They’ll graduate as spring comes into full bloom, and then — well.Shouto has already told his mother he’s going to marry Izuku someday. -- source link
