ivar-the-real-wolfdog: Hey, folks! It’s puppy season for many doggy-dogs, and time for another friendly reminder that real wolfdogs in the upper-mid to high-content range are ONLY born in the spring. Animals born this time of year that do have wolf content will only be low to mid; however, most are simply misrepresented husky, shepherd, and malamute mixes with no wolf content at all. Real higher-content wolfdogs are likewise born with solid, dark coloration and phase into their adult hues as they mature. As such, you will never see upper-mid or high-content wolfdogs born pure white, with defined facial markings, or with defined color patterns.
