To 89kg an increase of high but clean calories no cardio and just one session a day with 2 rest days off season. Remember everybody is different and has a different diet protocol to suit there bodies performance. Never stop learning because life never stops teaching. It’s simple if you aren’t willing to work for it. Don’t complain about not having it. They say your lucky. They have no idea how damn hard you competed to get here.
