This Mint Julep recipe is fine enough to go with any Kentucky Derby hat. Mix one teaspoon of J.R. Watkins Pure Mint Extract into a liter of simple syrup. Fill a glass full of ice. Add one part mint-syrup mixture to two parts bourbon. Mix well and garnish with fresh mint. -- source link
