The fall of Sienna. ⚘ kiramasca.carrd.co Ive been trying to do studies for a while about buildings and environments and its been frustratinggg. I have more trad works that i could share but im too lazy to post bc it has some editing to do (my phone makes it crappy) This artwork is based on a story i wanted to write/draw comics about. While I was practicing landscapes? I suddenly got inspired with the color red and violet soo i decided to venture into #conceptart starting with this one. At first it was just focused on a character but I remembered artworks should tell a story. Thus, I tried to make it dynamic? Also references and research were really involved in this one lmao. I knew how to draw water splashes, but i didnt know how to draw/paint in this kind of form! i camt even decide if i should make it all pink/red (since that was the original) but I had to add more colors (green to tone done its complementary) to have more depth.
