Caramel Peanut Butter Slice Ingredients Base: • 6 medjool dates • 200ml almond meal • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil Caramel: • 14 medjool dates • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup • 4 tbsp peanut butter • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil • ¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract • 120ml water Chocolate: • 5 tbsp melted coconut oil • 5 tbsp raw cacao powder (I used @lovingearth) • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup • ½ tsp vanilla extract Method: 1. Blend all ingredients for base in a high speed blender until well combined. Press firmly into a lined tin or tray, place in freezer. 2. Blend all ingredients for caramel until smooth, pour on top of base layer and place back into freezer. Leave to set for at least 20 minutes. 3. Mix all ingredients for chocolate until smooth. Pour on top of caramel and place back into freezer. Leave at least 2 hours to set then dig in! -- source link
