Little by little is the way to go, for a more intense stretch you can manipulate the candles while you’re stuffed. Try moving them side to side, up and down, in circles. You’ll feel where it is tightest and you can push into those places. The longer you can hold them in the better, try to fight through the first few series of cramps. You can also get a good stretch by activating your muscles while stuffed. Try squeezing inwards (or pushing out if prolapse is your thing) while holding the objects in place, tense for 10 seconds and relax.
