Pierre Paulin’s “ABCD” Sofa for Artifort, This coveted Pierre Paulin three-seat sofa from the F260 series also known as “ABCD” designed for Artifort in 1968, was inspired by the organic shapes of an egg carton. Iconic French designer Paulin was a pioneer in the 1960s and 70s design world often drawing inspiration from naturalistic shapes.
