Hello to everyone still here! I haven’t been online for more than two years, it’s been a rough ride, and I feel that posting a few things again could help with getting back into a groove I lost on the way. Tumblr was also like a little journal for me, and maybe it helps to have newer posts to look at from time to time. Like back then, scribbles and photos and babbling :)This March, we finally were able to fly to the US again to take part in an Anatomy Tools course. This time it was all about the horse, and concentrating on the workshop made it clear that I was still able to “feel it”, and that external factors are what’s gnawing at me. Two snapshots from the process of sculpting, testing and exploring :) And then, three images from the flight back home. There’s finally a non-stop flight from Las Vegas back to Germany, and those 11.5 hours on the plane were the most relaxed and beautiful I’ve ever had airborne. I saw the Northern Lights for the first time in my life, at almost 40,000 feet, and seeing the wing and the clouds below shimmer in a very faint green, with the aurora itself moving like a light curtain - man, that moved me :) -- source link
