It’s a 286 from 1990 with an 80 meg hard drive running DOS 5.0 Uh… I had to check a very very very very old CNC lathe for a friend… its controller was a NEC V20 (8088 clone) machine, running a custom program under CP/M 86 and showing its output to a 7 inches green phospor CRT, using an HERCULES graphic card. Program was on a EPROM, connected to the floppy disk interface, OS was on a full size (as in 5 1/4″) full height 5 MB hard disk. And EVERYTHING was working as it should!!
