No new addition to the Grammy collection nor did DM make an appearance at the event, but Edgar Wright posted a couple of pics from what looks like a nice dinner with DM and El P and a trio of lady friends. Also: Billboard magazine has a little video clip interview with El P and Killer Mike, where they are asked what it’s like working with DM as a collaborator from outside of hip hop. (To which they respond: umm…Brian knows rap, son.) It’s funny to see things come 180 degrees from the “hip hop beats” that DM was allegedly putting on everything he touched to him being a guy who doesn’t know shit about rap. Oh mass media journalists…research is so easy and yet it just doesn’t get done, does it? -- source link
