Hello Everyone! Although it has been a while since I posted, I have been busy continuing to work on this series while back in the United States. I had the awesome opportunity to exhibit my work at Aeronaut Brewing co in Somerville MA earlier this month. The event was made possible by an amazing team of artists and change agents at Arts Connect International, the organization that has provided the funding and direction for this project to grow and thrive. The series and my exploration into Yoruba art and thought is not done. I am continuing the work, using what I have learned during my time in Nigeria . As I develop the exhibition further I hope to continue exploring Yoruba thought and aesthetics as both an artist and educator. There is more to come! -- source link
