Not gonna lie y'all, I felt like shite today. Lady issues, work stuff and then trying to get stuff done before the hubs got home from his first week away for a work thing. I had so many possible excuses but I kept telling myself it would be worth it.. and boy was it. Not only did I finish day 4 with Cardio 2 on #22minutehardcorps but my son did it with me! To get a 10 year old to put down the iPad for 22 minutes is a feat in itself but then he decided to do my @asanarebel #yoga with me too! So when we finished the first workout we did another yoga workout that helped relax us and stretch all our muscles after our cardio routine. I love the excitement my kids get out of trying new @beachbody routines. Even if they were the only people I inspired to be healthier it would be worth it! #whyidowhatido #momlife #momivation -- source link
