#Shikigami Raiju - Samurai. Samurai are masters of the sword, living a life of discipline seeking to further refine their skills. If they can defeat a Raiju and capture its chaotic electrical energies within their katana, the Raiju will serve as a Shikigami. Swift and deadly, a master samurai strikes like a bolt of lightning.——This piece was pretty fun to paint. The mane of the Raiju took a long time to complete. Same with the copper bindings and the tattoo. Very happy with the end result. Also was a learning experience in drawing hakama, the pants, and the kimono. Had to look at how they were constructed to understand how they fold when worn.
