Thank you so much anon for sending these in. Yeah I prefer longer chapters personally too, you can fit more in and have important stuff as well as filler. I’m glad you like the family interaction, it does die down a small bit in further chapters, but it’s still present. I did want her to learn about the wolves pretty quick, it separates her a bit from Bella who didn’t learn about them until the second movie. I’m really glad you like the interactions between Jasper and Laura. I worry that sometimes I’m not writing Jasper well enough to his character, because I read a fanfic before and remember thinking “Jasper wouldn’t say that/Jasper wouldn’t act like that”. Bella in fact is incorporated, just not straight away so hopefully that doesn’t bother you too much xD Laura’s story follows in line with Bella’s somewhat, but Laura was the first new girl and the first to interact with the Cullens. I’m so so so happy you wrote this and that you’re enjoying the book so far!I’ll post another chapter very very soon! -- source link
