One of the ideas from an Earth AU I’ve slowly been putting together lately.Here Anakin is a uni student of mechanics (and lost part of his right arm in a bad accident in his teens while working on a machine). And Obi-Wan gets to play the “hot librarian” trope. His outfit is mostly taken from Rupert Giles, from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”And the little kitten in Anakin’s lap is Artoo! The book Anakin is reading is “The Bounty Hunter’s Code” which is an actual book that’s like a manual for how to be a bounty hunter. It’s a fun read!Obi-Wan, who has a soft spot for the young and struggling uni student, knows that Anakin smuggles his cat into the library despite the blatant sign saying no pets are allowed.
