feral kitten update: has learned that completely destroying her kennel is an appropriate way to entertain herself/summon our attention. she is also notieceably larger than when she arrived, and she smells terrible. how can such a tiny creature make such bad smells D:aside from one horrible day of setback which was entirely my fault (i was holding her on my lap and did not react fast enough when she hopped down, meaning the resultant pursuit and stuffing back into the kennel was Traumatic, mostly for me [my hands look like they’ve been through back alley surgery], and which featured a noble scene in which Cat Prime leapt the barricades and attempted to defend us from Tiny Demon) and which she recovered from almost instantly, she has been making continual and measurable progress and is now actively interested in attention and petting.i noticed yesterday that she is all the same colors as a fox, just muddled up. like a fox that’s been hex edited. same weird, yelow eyes. -- source link
