foraging… beacon chooses his own enrichment :> photon follows suitit seems like they really enjoy portulaca - a common ‘weed’ found outside..ive picked a lot of them and put them in a pot to grow. purslane is a related cousin but im not sure if they like that yetpho also likes rat tails- radishes grown for their seed pods..theyre long and kinda like thin string beans..but they also have that squishy succulent texture that portulaca has i guess?they can nibble on seedlings, sprouts, kale leaves, etc. or pebbles/gravel -- source link
