katatty: 101 Huckleberry Lane! This lot originally had a shabby fireplace sitting in the middle, it reminded me of one of those outdoor oil-drum-fires. I wanted to do a kinda run-down fixer-upper house but also wanted to build some apartments since Riverblososm Hills doesn’t come with any, so I ended up building a little camper park with two trailers and a mini-cabin. I moved the fireplace into one of the actual houses and replaced the outdoor one with an actual campire and a BBQ which had the same cylinderical shape. Other shared outdoor facilities include a tent, an orchard tree, garden plots, a junk car, and some pet stuff. It’s rare for any of my lots to be actually affordable without cheats, so I made these purposefully cheap & starter-y, with not much furniture. They’re probably the cheapest apartments I’ve ever built, even if you rent furnished. Perfect for sims just starting out if you use the No20kHandouts mod xD Funnily enough considering the street name, the green trailer is actually based on Duncan Huckleberry’s trailer from the start of our Round Robin Legacy challenge, (which itself was based on the Buckskin Court floorplans, by @fakehousesrealawesome).
