Happy Birthday Henri, you absolute mad lad! His present from me (besides the promise of another year filled with jokes about his hair, his clothes, and his boyfriends) is this WIP of an oil painting My first proper oil painting. It’s not quite done, have to wait for it to dry properly before I can attempt the transparent jabot-thing in the front, but I feel like this needs to be posted today :’D There are quite a few mistakes, as usual, but I feel like I’ve improved somewhat at least (poor, poor Fredersdorf… I will paint over you yet…) -- source link
