I went to Guitar Center yesterday to buy some strings and I ended up walking out with a guitar. This is an 2006(?) Les Paul Junior, famed early-punk instrument and weapon of choice for Bad Religion guitarists Mike Dimkich and Brian Baker. I bought it for incredibly cheap and the set-up is immaculate. It plays better than my stratocaster that is seven times more expensive. Funny how that works, huh? I love cheap gear. I wanted a punk machine to bash around and play hard and distorted, and with a single humbucker pick-up it’s gonna be loud and obnoxious. -- source link
