Hawkmoths/hornworms are some real sons of bitches. A single one of these guys can absolutely wreck shop on a tomato plant overnight. They caught me slippin’ these past few days and came in and got to work. Fortunately, I have a secret weapon. Their camouflage is incredibly effective in the daylight, but is no match for my handy blacklight flashlight, which makes ‘em stand out like neon signs. I probably pulled an easy dozen of these fat fucks off my plants tonight, many of which were every bit the size of my finger.
