Submission:“Stargaze” from my Galaxy Collection- I was inspired to create this collection because I love science and outer space. I used a gel stain, acrylic, oil and glitter in my collection. “Stargaze” has sold and traveled to China! Artist Bio I’m 10 years old and I LOVE to paint and create art. I’ve been painting and creating different types of art since I was one! I was born two months premature and my mom introduced me to art to stimulate my brain and its just been a progression from there. At age four I starting painting with acrylic on canvas and when I was six I started painting with oils. Now I paint with oils, acrylic, ink, mixed media, watercolors and I draw. I’m currently an artist in residence at the Paper Birch Landing Gallery in KCMO! Artist Statement I approach art with a fun, creative perspective- creating art for myself and others to enjoy.
