littlest-folks:It’s been one month since Nicolas self weaned. For the most part I’m happy about it - that he made the decision for himself, that I finally have my body back after four years of being pregnant or nursing. But there are moments when I miss it so much. When he was nursing, I could spend minutes (or even hours when he was a newborn) just holding him close, stroking his skin, his hair. Studying every inch of his perfect little body. Now I’m lucky if I get a full second of snuggle time in.
