i’ve had the idea for this pattern idea on the backburner for about half a year and i’m FINALLY getting my act together with it enough to test style/color. i was really struggling with how i wanted to draw the cats (i don’t draw a lot of animals) but i recently got super inspired by olivia chin mueller’s adorable animal illustrations and the way leafy does rough sketches directly with color so i wanted to give this old thing a whirl!they are both fantastic artists (way better than this super rough sketch) and y'all should follow them if you don’t already! -- source link
