silmarillionwritersguild: As part of the Holiday Party challenge, we have a few live events planned! Both will take place on the SWG Discord. Sunday January 2 we will host Instadrabbling, with sessions at 15:00 and 21:00 UTC. Want to get together with other fan creators, make small fanworks, and celebrate each other’s work? Join us! To close out the challenge, Sunday January 9 we’re holding a Live Reading at 15:00 UTC. This is your chance to showcase fanworks created for the challenge! (Note that we are also happy to have artists show and talk about their work - this isn’t just for the writers.) There is a sign-up sheet if you know you want to read/show. Signups are not required, but help us prepare and have links ready for everyone to follow along. We ask that everyone limit themselves to 5 minutes in the interests of making sure everyone has a chance to share. -- source link
