It’s day 16 of #mythober : Amaterasu☀️ She is the goddess of the sun in Japanese mythology. One of the major deities of Shinto, she is also sometimes portrayed as the ruler of the heavenly realm. I’ve always really liked sun gods, worshipping the sun seems like such a natural thing to do.
