buffyshot: @fabiolaboulanger: #tbt Funny how pictures can be misleading! In 1999, I was a lightweight bodybuilder (117lbs on this pic) at 21yrs old. On the left, at @toprosupershow as a women’s physique at 35yrs old (136lbs on the pic). Some people would say “imagine if you would have kept on competing back in 1999?” My answer is simple: I’m happy I didn’t continue at that time. Back then, there was only Fitness and Bodybuilding. No other categories. I can’t imagine how my body and my fave would be today if I had pushed my competitive career back then. Life always turns out the way it’s meant to be the best for you. I have good genes, obviously, and I’ve been training wisely for over 20yrs. I am thankful for where I am today, and also thankful to know where I’m going.
