mygys: Really missing season 1 where the stakes were lower and we had a friendly worm hive hanging around. Totally forgot to post my submission for @visitorpasszine ! Really honored to have worked with so many talented artists and authors <3ID: A digital illustration of the season 1 finale for The Magnus Archives. Use of reddish browns and yellow highlights make the painting feel stuffy and grimy. The perspective is forced so that the viewer is looking up towards Jane Prentiss from behind John and Tim. She is approaching the trap door from which John and Tim are just exiting. Countless writhing worms are shooting towards both men. Prentiss is grinning cruelly as her body lurches forward in stilted, unnatural movements. She is blocking the ceiling light, which casts a halo about her. The only exit is seen far behind her.
