In the beginning, we were one.But God deemed us unworthy, so God began to divide us. God had a lot of fun with us, then God left and we forgot. God could be so cruel in his indifference that he scared me. God knew how to be gentle, too, and I loved him like I’ve never loved another. I believe that we all could have lived happily – God, me, and the others – without that damned book. It repulsed me. I knew the link that attached me to him in the most disgusting way, but that horror – it came later, much later. I did not understand then, I was too foolish.I loved God, yes, but I hated that book which he opened at every chance. It diverted him greatly. When God was happy, he wrote.
