lilianbones:femsff: samantha-carter-is-my-muse: I have no idea in The Serpent’s Venom. #what if this whole scene were very different?#and what if the circumstances weren’t dire?#and what if they were there alone?#suppose he placed his head a little differently#and it was still *okay* but it was close enough to not#that Sam gasped#with the feel of him touching her#so close to the way she imagined sometimes#when she was alone and didn’t have to answer to anybody#maybe (for once) he didn’t play stupid#and he knew exactly what that intake of breath meant#and they just took a moment to be there together#touching on just the right side of proper behavior’s dividing line#and what if he took just the smallest liberty#and *hinted* at impropriety#so that as time went on#there was that tiny thrill of knowledge between them? (via @amaradangeli) Yeah. This scene right here is very much one that makes me squeal. Every. Single. Time. Somebody write something, there isn’t enough out there -- source link
