I love to support and encourage other women, especially the younger ones who have so much potential within and have dreams/goals that they’re fighting to achieve. This is Taija, a young, vibrant and beautiful makeup artist working at Sephora, just like I did when I was around her age. Sephora shot her for their latest campaign and her face is plastered on window displays everywhere. What an amazing opportunity! I dropped into her store this weekend to show her love. We need to support our youth and young adults. We need to celebrate them and love them, even when they make mistakes.
