hello frens hope everyone is doing well. i have been pretty busy ramping up at work. it has been pretty stressful trying to figure out everything and deal with tech debt but i really like my manager and i’m starting to get to the point where I am useful and know whats going onthat being said, its been really hard for me to be productive outside of work, i’m really tired and stressed about the next day. im hoping once i get more comfortable at my job (it has only been 6 weeks) i will have more energy to devote to things like drawing. i miss it but it does take a lot of effort for me. maybe i am taking it too seriously and should just doodle more…anyway, just felt like updating. im not really sure if dropping my grad school program was the right choice though. part of me feels like i should have let my pride go a little bit and accepted some Bs and tried to finish my MS, simply because it is difficult now for me to know when I can go back to school (and have it not break the bank). It might not make sense for me to ever go back if i continue being a normal SWE. Doing it part time will take like, 3-4 years and make life hell so not really interested in that.
