extra-vertebrae:Look at this model. This is the Hell Knight model from DOOM 2016 - captured off my PS4. The fact that you get to admire these in high-def and up close and personal as a reward for finding secrets in the game is absolutely wonderful, it’s clear the art team was very proud of their hard work, and you can see why! Lots of details and excellent texturing, which is hard to fully appreciate while trying to keep your skin intact in the heat of aerial combat and rocket smoke. All of these creatures were fantastically animated, too - lots of character and incredibly fluid. I captured this and a couple of other models for fun and reference, and also because I really enjoy looking at them from a craftsmanship perspective. -- source link
