And the parent and/or guardian was often told to bring *the child* back in two weeks time (or sooner if called for), for a follow up *exam* , for concerns of the root causes of *the rash*.Being informed of this “follow up” visit, the patient would often have a prolonged [and tearful] anticipatory, anxiety reaction.
