Some prayers don’t get answered twice, especially when God knows you are wasting his time. Don’t pray for it, beg for it and then mishandle it when you get it. The Prayer worked, you got what you asked for, you kept begging for, you got your chance to have it and now look at you, fumbling because it’s too much to handle. Normalize not asking for things or people you know you aren’t ready to handle because some blessings will only occur once. Don’t be too prideful to admit and embrace the fact that sometimes we just aren’t ready for the things want whether it’s mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually but some how we love asking for them anyway. They say you only miss the shots you don’t take but sometimes you have to be selective with the shots you take because taking the wrong shot will have you in situations we didn’t prepare for. If you want it, if you think you need it, if you are constantly praying for it, be willing to put the work in to keep it. You can pray to have something and you can speak life into having things because that’s the easy part but see the hardest part is actually doing everything in your power not to lose it. It’s yours to have and hold but it’s also yours to lose. Don’t fold under pressure, play the hand you was dealt because every hands a winning hand if you play your cards right. Moral of the story: stop wasting gods time sending him prayers and asking him for things you know you aren’t built and ready to have… #ThisIsKnowledge https://www.instagram.com/p/CKTtsPWhqtc/?igshid=8sl9j342hk3e -- source link
