paintingacrossdiscilplines: Vicken Parsons I saw Vicken Parson’s show at The Alan Christea Gallery on Cork st over the weekend and I really loved it. About twenty small scale, nicely finished, boards with restrained paintings of spaces; corners, rooms, wall etc. I call them painting but they could be described as drawings, the sketchy and tactile line is very important in these little pictures. I love this! I’m doing work a little like this in preparation for my upcoming series. -- source link
